Update - 2010 Events

Posted on June 23rd 2010

At the present stage it looks unlikely that we will be in a position to stage any events in 2010. Permits to do so would require an increased number of volunteers and insurance cover - neither of which are in place at present.

We are committed to trying to stage further events in the future - further detail will be posted as soon as possible and previous competitors will be notified by email.

2010 Events

Posted on January 17th 2010

Rendlesham. After careful consideration we will not be staging a Run/Bike Event in Rendlesham Forest this year due to the difficulty of getting sufficient volunteers to safely run the event. We hope to be able to bring an event back to Rendlesham in the future.

Thetford. Both the Run/Bike in July and Dualthlon in November are scheduled to go ahead for this year, confirmed dates will be posted as soon as they are available.

The Thetford Forest Duathlon will be held on Sunday 29th November 2009. Please bear with us whilst the results are complied, unfortunately a number of finishers had their race number folded, was obscured by clothing or mud, or only wore one number - this has made identification somewhat difficult.

Thanks to all our competitors who have supported our events in the past year. Though your support, our sponsors and donations we have raised £2642 for Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. Thank you to all involved who have made this possible.

About Us

Posted on May 16, 2007

A team of highly committed race organisers, runners and cyclists have developed and grown a series of events which includes the Bury 20 road race now in it’s 5th year with over 600 competitors, the Oxford Town and Gown 10k with over 4000 competitors and the Holkham Hall 10k, to raise much needed funds for the Royal British Legion. The aim was to put eventers first and fundraising second, an ambition not often seen with charity fundraising events.

About our charity
